We have a hassle free 7 days 100% return policy with a valid receipt/bill. All the return items should carry:

  • The original billing invoice
  • Barcode tag
  • Product certifications (as applicable) attached to the item.

Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing will not be accepted under this policy. Product return will be not accepted in case of damage of receipt or difference in product design from that on the website. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting documents.

  • IN offers a 7 days return policy to every customer for products sold through the Online Platform.
  • For all returns made by any Customer within such 7 days, GOGEMS.IN will directly refund to the Customer, his/her money (2% will be charged by IN as processing charges).
  • For returning the product, customers have to inform IN within 7 days from delivery and the GOGEMS.IN will arrange the pick up the product.
  • If tampered or found used then return policy will not be applicable.
  • The GOGEMS.IN must confirm the receipt of the product to process the refund to the customer. The refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  • Once the return goods are received by the GOGEMS.IN and confirmed that it’s not tampered or used, after that amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like diamond certificate & original invoice
  • In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
  • To initiate return, send us an email to we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 10-15 working days. Note down the return tracking numbers.
  • Cancellation Policy: –Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of gift cards and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances. Incase of EMI order, the foreclosure/default customer will be charged 10% of the order value as the transaction fees and the balance amount after deducting the transaction fees would be refunded.
  • The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like Safegold or online vouchers or gift cards etc, will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to GOGEMS.IN Wallet only and can be used for future purchases.

The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.

A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order. Order can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account. We don’t accept cancellation for customized jewellery products. Once you place the order, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready for shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account. We don’t accept cancellation for Smart Buy (make to order) or customizedjewellery products. In case a customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with another product(s), making charges and stone charges of the ordered product will be deducted from the payment and balance will be refunded back to customer account within 10 working days or will be adjusted against the exchanged product(s). If in case the amount is deducted from customers account and the transaction have failed, the same will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours. GOGEMS.IN at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an order at any particular point of time. This may be propelled by various factors like (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. Once cancelled, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s source account within the bank’s nominal processing time.

Exchange Policy

If the customer wishes to exchange any jewelry that is purchased from they can do so, by returning the same to, registered address. If exchanged within 14 days of purchase: 100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer, if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchange of Smart Buy (Make to order) orders, Gold Coins, Customized Jewellery orders and personalized jewellery orders are not allowed. For this exchange policy of after 14 days of purchase is applicable. We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Gogems, within India. The product along with the original product certificate can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange: The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Gogems account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Solitaires) on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than gogems shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

Diamond Jewellery– 100% refund/exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time. In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.

Buy Back Policy In case you wish to return the product to us (After 15 Days for make to order and 7 Days for Showroom products) purchased from, we’ll happily exchange it for you or offer you a refund on the basis of the policy detail below. Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and generate a Return Authorization Code.

Note: No GST, making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid. Diamond Jewellery – 90% of the invoice value. In all cases, the current material value of diamonds and gemstones and the current rate of gold will be decided at the sole discretion of Gogems. Please also note that we will deduct the value of any offer availed (including any discount or free gift) at time of purchasing the product, if applicable in your case.

Please note – Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer if your product falls outside of our 15 Days & 7 Days Return Policy. This buyback policy is applicable on the jewellery, solitaire diamond after 14 days of purchase from Buy back can be done by returning the product to the registered address of or by visiting & returning the product at any of our stores. The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of jewellery and solitaire diamonds. The benchmark rate at the store will be applicable.

Shipping Policy Shipping of the order from is very safe, secure and hassle free. All our products are insured during transit by the insurance company. Every package of product Jewellery purchased from will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are Blue dart, Delivery & Ecom Express. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address. Inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Make a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes. Without video reference exchange and return policy are not applicable. Gogems will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address. Delivery to Identified Person:- Customers need to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:

  • Drivers License

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of a courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing original copies of identity proof for identification

Delivery Location: Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc. If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility. 

Change in Shipping Address: If customer wants to change shipping address, they should send an email to Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Our comprehensive jewellery alteration service gives you peace of mind, knowing that your most loved jewellery possessions are in safe hands. Your jewellery will pass through our quality control procedure prior to the team contacting you to organize the collection. During this process, your jewellery will be given a thorough clean and assessment. This further ensures that the alterations have been carried out by our own high gogems standards. We pride and measure ourselves on the quality of the service that we provide to our customers. What are jewellery alterations? Constant wearing of rings and jewellery can take its toll after a while; even the strongest jewellery could need a repair, clean or alteration. Jewellery alterations can take many forms and vary significantly. Some examples of jewellery alterations include:

  • Ring resizing and alterations

We will gladly assess any item of jewellery, and make you aware of the requirements to carry out the jewellery alteration. If you want to resize your ring, the company will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible.

  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India)
